What does "CHI Essayer Fondeur" mean? 10 oz Valcambi Gold Bar (New w/ Assay)
I see that Valcambi gold bars all have "CHI Essayer Fondeur" stamped on them, and PAMP gold bars too (well, not CHI but still Essayer Fondeur). Perth Mint gold bars don't have that, and Royal Mint Britannia bars don't have it either. Is this something specific to Swiss gold? Help me understand!
